My previous visit in Hong Kong wasn’t fancy-schmancy unlike the first one; we stayed in a hostel inn in Tsim Sha Tui recommended by a friend.
The hostel was cozy, strategically-located (in Kowloon City) and most of all, safe. I like how it’s just a stone’s throw away from a local bakery, camera shops, MTR and food shops. Very convenient for travelers and tourists alike, the ‘cramped’ room (small space, believe me!) has little bearing at all!
Here’s the view from our window:
It obviously is way less grandiose than five-star hotels; yet, I’m glad to experience the reality of city living (of most residents), HK style.
